Amended;
28th day of November in the year 2007
Be
it noted that
on the 11th day of June in the year 2006, under the reign of Her
Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, in the best interest of
Canada
, I believe:
I.
That Canadian multiculturalism demands not only tolerance towards immigrants and
ethnic groups, but also respect for established peoples.
II.
That families, not Government are most equipped to raise children, and
Government need refrain from intervening in child rearing except in cases
mandated by law.
III.
That it is the right of adults to choose indulgence in “questionable”
behavior such as drinking, smoking and gambling, provided these choices do not
adversely affect other members of society. Furthermore,
all law abiding members of society may satiate their lawful desires without
unjust Government intervention.
IV.
That individuals must respect the rule of law, but may freely petition
Government to change laws.
V.
That with the exception of natural resources, it is imperative the economy
remain as free from Government intervention and regulation as possible.
VI.
That individuals may pursue any livelihood within the bounds of the law, and be
free from undue taxes. Furthermore,
individuals need be allowed free import and export without Government tariffs or
duties.
VII.
That Canadians must balance the need to live off the spoils of the earth with
the duty to protect and conserve all natural resources.
VIII.
That police remain well supported and funded, but act within the bounds of the
law, free from corruption.
IX.
That individuals may, within reason, forcefully defend family and property.
X.
That serious crimes be deterred with the stiffest possible punishments mandated
by law.
AMM.XI.
That human life begins at the fertilization of gametes and ends at death.
AMM
XII.
That all individuals shall have the freedoms of speech and expression, except
where such action contravenes the Criminal Code, defames, willfully
indoctrinates children or is used for the intent to commit fraud or perjury.
